I am a highly sexual fun and a very exciting woman. Being disciplined both mentally and physically are very important to me. My personality is high energy, always smiling and working hard to find the good in everyone and everything. In order to still my mind and keep myself humble I train my body HARD in the attempts to be in the best physical condition I can muster. I have found through my years of conditioning fitness has become a form of prayer and meditation that allows me to feel constantly refreshed and challenged all at the same time. I am a woman that speaks of gratitude in my daily conversations I know that being in the "thinking state" of gratitude allows me the ability to face the world with a renewed sense of hope and inspiration that I hope I can in turn give to everyone I meet.
